The Tooth Doctor

Hazel has been looking forward to her first trip to the "tooth doctor" for the past few months. Yesterday was the day! We scrubbed her pearly whites and headed off. I wasn't sure about how she would react...hoping for the best of course. I had been told the first visit would be very relaxed and focus on just getting her comfortable. Hazel did amazing! The hygenist was amazed at how relaxed and attentive she was. She followed every direction, and squealed a few times she was so excited to finally be at the "tooth doctor." She even had time to care for two dollies that live in the waiting room. She brought them along with her to ride in the chair, up and down, up and down. She tucked them back in their shelf as we left, telling them she would be back to see them again in six months. Whew! No cavaties and a great first experience at the dentist, aka the "tooth doctor."

Pre exam JOY

She had a thorough cleaning and exam. Strawberry tooth polish was her favorite!

Who is that grown up little girl?

All clean!!
