Sweet STELLA Dresback

We all headed up to Portland to meet...
STELLA!

Beau and Kyle have been best buddies since 4th grade.
It sure was fun to see the two guys now...
 as PROUD Papas.
Kyle is a gentle, natural father.
My three monkeys enjoyed a zoo day with our friends.
We were happy to see adorable baby elephant Lily.
 Speaking of adorable babies...STELLA.  Sigh.
My little lady loved checking out the new lion cubs.
I found it fitting their were THREE.

The kids all adored a chance to cuddle Stella.

 Boys will be boys.
Beau shared some fun laughs with Stella.
My kids thoroughly enjoyed a night in a hotel...
especially since it had a pool and JACUZZI.

 The darling family of three.
Powell's Book Store was a great spot to hang.
 Characters
She is a beauty just like her mommy.
I find it fitting to end on this one.
I am so grateful Beau has such a wonderful friend.
We love the Dresbacks!

Valentine LOVE

Hazel made these BEAUTIFUL Valentines this year.

I ADORE my trio of HAPPY Valentines!

 Mr. Lipstick himself.
He is getting rather skilled at lipstick application.
Should I worry?

Happy Valentines Day!

February Freeze

We had some more cold weather,
that was accompanied by SNOW in last week.

A few moments were captured of my adventuresome trio...

Follow the leader.
Hazel made a line with her bike tires.
Her little puppies (brothers) were directed to follow.
Of course,
then Henley had to get in the follow ME action.

And then it was Holden's turn.
But, no one would follow him.
(He didn't seem to care that much.)

After a bit of play, they needed "nourishment."
Time for some SNOW cones, minus the cones.

The picnic table had the best tasting snow.

Holden must have been saving that chunk on his hat for later.

I love how my children seem up for any (of my) silly ideas.
They certainly were born to the right mommy!

Snip, snip...the boys get new DO's

BEFORE...my cute shaggy guys.
Henley showed his lil' brother how it was done.
Holden kept a close eye on his brother.
 Then it was Holden's turn.
He looks like a lil' Oompa Oompa here.
 Home and HANDSOME.
Haircut complete, but where did my little Holden go?
I guess my BIG boy Holden is a nice trade.  :)
