The last time Chloe had been to Oregon, she was a baby. We all thoroughly enjoyed a visit from Chloe, now nearly 9 years old, and her mommy, Joanne, this past week. We missed Kris and Lexi, and look forward to seeing them again soon.
Here are some pictures of our adventures with the two California girls...thankfully, Oregon's rain stayed away for the most part, and we enjoyed lots of sunshine!
Hazel and Henley LOVED Chloe!

Chloe was an expert egg decorator. A passion of mine, it was fun to have an accomplice!
Hazel got in on the action too.

While we decorated eggs, Joanne was accompanied by Henley during her morning workout.He cracked us up...he was very focused and serious about getting his burn!
The shrink wrap eggs were fascinating!
This egg was my best work...I may take egg decorating a little too seriously! :)
We headed out to our favorite Eugene park.

We all enjoyed the swings.
A picnic lunch filled our bellies, Henley loved his pb&j.
After lunch, we took a short walk. Though it was sunny, the wind was brisk along the river.
Back home, it was time to play more outside.
Chloe was an expert when it came to digging in the sandbox. Must be the close proximity of her home to the beach!
All good fun is ended with a warm bath!
