Joanne met Henley this weekend...

Joanne flew in Friday for a quick weekend visit in Oregon to meet Henley, and visit the rest of us (minus Beau who had to stay home and work). We had a nice visit, and bunked at my parent's house for the weekend. Henley enjoyed meeting Joanne and gave her some of his adorable newborn grins. Hazel loved having a new person to entertain with her two-year-old antics. Many of which we could have done without when Henley was her TARGET. I am sure you know what I mean. Hmm.

Time-outs are frequent for Hazel these days. Do we need Super Nanny? Maybe not just yet. Henley tolerates her sister much better than his mommy tolerates her two-year-old behaviors that leave me pulling out my hair at times. Henley is a mellow little guy, thank goodness for that. He even slept five hours straight last night. That is GOOD for him!

Joanne, thanks for coming up north for a cool and rainy visit. Leaving your girls, hubby and Southern California weather behind to come see us really meant so much. Love ya!! Oh, and Hazel just adorned herself with a slather of grape lip gloss and candy cane lotion - thanks Joanne!! :) You sure know the way to my girl's heart. Hi to Lexi and Chloe.

Joanne slept on Hazel's "toddler" inflatable mattress this weekend. We had some good laughs over this one...

What a fun visit!

Henley agrees...a very fun visit had by all!
